Dannika Warburton
Principal

Dannika has over 15 years of capital markets experience. Before founding Investability, Dannika built a career in institutional finance, working at two global investment banks (Citi and GMP Securities), a global-macro hedge fund and a boutique corporate advisory firm that specialised in re-capitalisations and restructures in the small-cap space. This sell-side and buy-side capital markets experience, together with a degree in marketing, provides the technical foundation for creating well-informed, effective investor relations strategies for Investability’s clients.

As a qualified ASX Designated Trading Representative and Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia, Dannika is fully versed in ASX listing rules and reporting requirements pertaining to marketing of listed companies. Dannika graduated valedictorian of Notre Dame University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) (Marketing & Management), as well as a Master of Applied Finance undertaken on scholarship from Women in Mining Australia.

Jillian Fernandes
Investor Relations Manager

Jillian is a seasoned investor relations professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Her industry experience has been strengthened by diverse roles in investor relations, relationship management, operations, client services and corporate access, at both multinational companies, including Fisher Investments, Robert Baird, AMP and NAB, as well as Boutique fund management firms. This breadth of capital markets experience and global exposure has fortified her expertise and passion for this dynamic field.

One of the highlights of Jillian’s career was her time in London, where she worked in institutional equities. By conducting roadshows throughout the UK, Europe and Asia, Jillian was able to build a strong network of institutional investor experience across multiple asset classes and finessed her skills at presenting companies in the best possible light. Through navigating the challenges of the global financial landscape, Jillian gained invaluable investor relations experience and developed a truly international perspective.

She has a great level of attention to detail, organisational prowess, an infectious positive attitude and the ability to forge strong, enduring relationships, coupled with a passion for finance that burns brighter with every passing year.

Sofia Everett
Investor Relations Coordinator

Sofia Everett is an Investor Relations Coordinator at Investability, where she combines her strong academic background and professional experience in the financial sector to support the delivery of effective investor relations activities for Investability’s clients.

Sofia’s professional experience also includes roles as an Investment Marketing Intern at wealth management firm Mason Stevens, where she was responsible for developing investment collateral, distributing time-sensitive communications, organising investor events and performing comprehensive analysis to inform marketing strategies. Prior to this, Sofia gained experience as a Content Curator at Qnary, focusing on cybersecurity topics, and has been actively involved in coaching sports and tutoring at Ascham School since 2022.

Sofia is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies at the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and Marketing, gaining a deep understanding of financial valuation, M&A, investment and portfolio management, corporate finance, advertising principles, digital marketing and marketing statistics. Her academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to excellence, strategic thinking and a keen interest in finance and marketing, making her a valuable asset to the Investability team.
