Dannika Warburton
Principal

Dannika has over 15 years of capital markets experience. Before founding Investability, Dannika built a career in institutional finance, working at two global investment banks (Citi and GMP Securities), a global-macro hedge fund and a boutique corporate advisory firm that specialised in re-capitalisations and restructures in the small-cap space. This sell-side and buy-side capital markets experience, together with a degree in marketing, provides the technical foundation for creating well-informed, effective investor relations strategies for Investability’s clients.

As a qualified ASX Designated Trading Representative and Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia, Dannika is fully versed in ASX listing rules and reporting requirements pertaining to marketing of listed companies. Dannika graduated valedictorian of Notre Dame University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) (Marketing & Management), as well as a Master of Applied Finance undertaken on scholarship from Women in Mining Australia.

Jillian Fernandes
Manager

Jillian is a seasoned investor relations professional with over a decade of experience spanning investor relations, relationship management, operations and corporate access at firms such as Fisher Investments, AMP and NAB. Her diverse roles in multinational and boutique fund management firms have equipped her with a strong foundation in capital markets and global exposure. A career highlight was her time in London, where she worked in institutional equities, leading roadshows across the UK, Europe, and Asia, and building a robust network of institutional investors. This experience refined her ability to present companies effectively and strengthened her global perspective on investor relations.

Jillian is known for her attention to detail, organisational expertise, positive attitude, and a passion for finance, making her an asset to Investability’s clients. She holds a Bachelor of International Studies from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences, Media and Communications from Macquarie University.

Liana Thelander
EA & Operations Lead

With more than 18 years’ experience across media, advertising and commercial operations, Liana has established herself as a trusted partner to senior leaders. She has a natural talent for bringing order to complexity, designing systems and processes that enable organisations and the people leading them, to perform at their best.

Her career spans Australian Radio Network and Fairfax Media, where she progressed through increasingly senior roles, from sales coordination through to operations management and national product management. A commercially minded operator, Liana has a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional project delivery and continuous improvement.

Her work is underpinned by business and project management certifications and recognised through multiple company awards throughout her career in media.

Soren Bhonsle
ASSOCIATE

Soren has a strong academic foundation studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Advanced Studies (Banking) from the University of Sydney, which was further enhanced by his time at the NYU Stern School of Business. This technical expertise is complemented by his robust background in M&A transaction analysis and diverse entrepreneurial ventures across startups and non-profits. His exceptional problem-solving capabilities were recognised nationally when he was crowned EY’s Oceania Young Tax Consulting Professional of the Year, an experience that saw him become an international finalist.

Beyond this achievement, Soren’s diverse working experiences have cultivated a value-driven approach to his work. Whether leading initiatives at a non-profit or in a startup environment, he demonstrates an authentic, systematic methodology to deliver insightful and transformative results. This unique blend of experience and values underpins his professional ethos and commitment to continuous growth.

Bianca Macliver

Bianca serves as the Accounts Manager at Investability, bringing over 12 years of extensive experience in bookkeeping and finance. An analytical professional with a keen eye for detail and organization, she excels in addressing complex financial tasks—whether refining a challenging Xero file or managing intricate accounting issues.

Originally from Perth, Bianca earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, with majors in Accounting and Marketing. She is also a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.
